THE FOLLOWING MUST BE PROVIDED:

• Wix account login information (email and password) / Domain setup and login information

• A Wix Plan (this can be monthly or annually).

• All wording TYPED out and emailed in a clear and concise document. Please Do NOT send anything hand-written

• Wording must include product names, pricing and descriptions. You must also provide page tab setup, shipping prices, policies, FAQs and About information.

• Photos for slideshows, banners and products. These MUST be high quality, professional photos.

Design time is 4-5weeks, from the date ALL the information needed to complete your site has been submitted. You can also expedite your website (14-21 business days).

TURN AROUND TIME & RUSH OPTIONS

The estimated turn around time is 2-4 weeks ONLY IF all information has been provided for the project. BE AWARE THAT YOU WILL NOT BE CONTACTED DURING THE CREATION OF YOUR PROJECT UNLESS FURTHER INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT. COMMUNICATION DURING CREATION PERIOD

I will NOT contact you following the submission of your order or during the design creation process unless they have questions or concerns regarding your order. You are more than welcome to reach out via email but please do not await a response once you have ordered until the designs are complete.

PROVIDING ALL MATERIALS FOR YOUR PROJECT

​

You are allowed a THREE WEEK WINDOW to submit all the information needed for your order that you may have left off your initial order form. This information can be sent via EMAIL to coachmari2x@gmail.com In the subject line be sure to put your business name followed by the name used on your order form. AFTER THREE WEEKS THE CONTRACT IS VOID AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE. TURNAROUND TIME WILL BE EXTENDED DEPENDING ON THE LENGTH OF TIME IT TAKES TO ACQUIRE ALL INFORMATION  NEEDED TO COMPLETE PROJECT!

ADDING ON  MORE INFORMATION AFTER YOUR PROJECT IS READY TO LAUNCH

In the event that your package is completed or near completion and ready to launch and you need to add additional items and/or information to it that WAS NOT placed on the initial order form or sent prior to the project start time you will be subject to pay an additional add on fee and/or remaining balance due prior to any further changed being made to your project.

DOMAIN NAMES AND HOSTING PACKAGES

Domain names and hosting packages ARE NOT included in the price you pay for the initial website design and will have to be purchased separately. These items are purchased following the completion of site construction and prior to launching the website. If you have your own domain that is perfectly fine and we can transfer it to the new website. If you need to purchase one we can also set that up as well. Hosting, however, has to be purchased through the web server that the website is built on. If you already have hosting purchased elsewhere you will need to contact that hosting company and cancel all hosting services with them. They will give you a refund for the remaining time left on the package you purchased through them.

REFUND PROCEDURE

​

There are no refunds allowed on deposits paid and no refunds allowed on work that has already been started on and/or issued out. Remaining balances on deposits are due BEFORE getting login credentials for the website and/or before any websites are transferred to a different account.
